ALL CHANGES HAVE COME THROUGH HEART FIRST – THROUGH THE SPIRIT OF AN INDIVIDUAL – YES, MOST OFTEN BY ONE MAN. NO WORTHWHILE, EVOLUTIONARY OR REVOLUTIONARY CHANGE WAS WREAKED BY THE BRAIN. BRAIN IS MEANT TO ONLY MANAGE NOT TO LEAD A CHANGE. WE ARE SO BOGGED DOWN TO DISCUSS WHICH POLITICAL PARTY WILL BRING CHANGE IN OUR COUNTRY OR SOCIETY. STRANGELY, POLITICAL PARTIES GENERALLY ARE THE OUTCOME OF AN AGREEMENT OF MATCHING INTERESTS, GAME-PLANS, STRATEGIES, TRADITIONAL BELIEFS & CURRENT NEEDS (THOSE NEEDS COULD HAVE BEEN VESTED TOO!). THEY ARE BORN OF A BRAIN-EXERCISE RATHER THAN HEART-INSPIRATION. WE HAVE ALSO SEEN HOW OFTEN AN OTHERWISE INSPIRED INDIVIDUAL WITHIN A POLITICAL PARTY WAS HELD BACK BY THEIR PARTIES AND RESTRAINED WHENEVER THEY WERE SO IMPETUOUSLY MOTIVATED TO ACT TOWARD A MEANINGFUL CHANGE. WEREN’T THEIR HANDS TIED?

LEADERS ARE NOT PARTIES; THEY ARE INDIVIDUALS. THEY RATHER ACT DIRECTLY, SOCIALLY AND INDIVIDUALLY THAN THROUGH A PARTY FIRST. THEY ARE TOO STRONG TO SEEK SUPPORT OF MANY. THEY ARE CONFIDENT, EMPOWERED & CONVINCED ABOUT THE INGENUITY OF THEIR PURPOSE. THEY ARE SO MUCH MOVED BY LOVE THAT PEOPLE FLOCK AROUND THEM.

NO COUNTRY GOT INDEPENDENCE THROUGH A PARTY; NO COUNTRY WAS BUILT BY A PARTY FIRST! MORE OFTEN THAN NOT IT HAS BEEN ONE INDIVIDUAL TO START WITH – THE ONE WHO WAS SO MUCH INSPIRED AND PASSIONATELY CHARGED WITH AN IDEAL. THAT VERY INSPIRATION CAUGHT THE FIRE AND THE WIND AND PEOPLE FOLLOWED THEM WITHOUT ASKING A QUESTION. LEADERS MADE THE REAL SACRIFICE & THEN PARTIES AND THEIR MEN CAME UP TO RULE.

PARTIES SHOULD BE FORMED TO MANAGE ONLY AFTER THE CHANGE IS BROUGHT ABOUT THROUGH A MASS MOVEMENT INITIATED BY ONE HEART-CENTRED LEADER DIRECTLY. INDIVIDUALS ARE LEADERS AND PARTIES ARE MANAGERS.

IT IS THE LEADERS FIRST AND THEN THE MANGER.

IT IS NEVER THE LATTER BEFORE THE FORMER!
